I am a quantitative social scientist with broad interdisciplinary research interests. Past projects have included primate behavior and ecology, student measurement, evaluations of multiple nonprofit programs, and collegiate curriculum development.
I was born and raised in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and attended Ball State University for my undergraduate degree (B.A. in Biology) and M.A. in Anthropology. I relocated to the Denver, Colorado area in 2012 and graduated from Regis University with a M.Ed. in Secondary Education with a Colorado science teaching license. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Research Methods and Statistics from the University of Denver's Morgridge College of Education.
I have taught a variety of courses at the secondary and tertiary levels. Secondary courses have included earth science, biology, physical science, honors and Advanced Placement chemistry, and physics. Tertiary courses have included cultural anthropology, biological anthropology (w/lab), and medical anthropology. Graduate courses have included educational research methods and quantitative research design, as well as ad-hoc consultation on research methods and thesis write-ups.
