This project involves developing a measure to determine the impact of campus DEI initiatives on institutional publication productivity. Overall project outcomes include:
Determining the nature of the relationship between campus diversity and institutional productivity
Differentiate between effects of campus diversity and effects of regional or county diversity on institutional productivity
Creating a measure of creativity arising from diversity
Creating growth model for the impact of campus policies on campus diversity
Correlating the growth of campus diversity with the growth in academic creativity and productivity
