Additional Confounding Variables - 11 Feb

-IPEDS and Nature Index do not match in all cases. Many systems (ex: Indiana University, CUNY) are reported as single items in the Nature Index. An additional variable will need to be considered for system size, and possibly adjusting for the complications this brings. (Also an example of PkT at work. The system of university citations, affiliations, and prestige was not designed for the way HED has morphed over the past 40 years)

-US territories not represented in IPEDS data pull of "United States Institutions". Extremely problematic!
